Abstract
결론
1. 벽혈병은 조혈장기의 악성종양으로 급성 림프구성은 예후가 좋고 전신증상도 양호한
반면, 급성 골수구성은 예후가 나쁘다.
2. 백혈병 아동의 구강내 소견으로 치은종창, 치은출혈, 궤양성 병소등을 보이고, 림프절증
악골 통증이나 지각이상등의 소견을 보인다.
3. 방사선 사진상 발생중인 치배음와의 소실 및 근단투과성 병소, 치배의 변위, 치조백선
소실 등의 소견을 보인다.
4. 백혈병 아동의 임상 및 골내병소가 완해기에는 회복되어지는 소견을 보인다.
5. 방사선 소견상 영향받는 치아는 구치부가 많으며 그 다음이 소구치 견치 순서 이다.
6. 백혈병은 그 자체로뿐 아니라 치료 과정 또한 위험성이 높은 질환이므로 환자의 주치
의와 충분한 협의하에서 치과 치료를 해야한다.

Leukemia is a malignant neoplasm of blood forming organs that accompanies oral
manifestations and has the highest prevalence among the neoplasms of childhood.
The author reports the following conclusions after clinical and radiographic
examination of leukemic children who visited the Yonsei Dental College;
1. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia has the better prognosis and favorable oral signs
than acute myeloblastic leukemia.
2. Oral signs are gingival enlargement, gingival bleeding, ulcerative lesions of oral
mucosa, lymphadenopathy, mandibular pain and paralysis.
3. On the radiographs, loss of developing crypt, periapical radioluceilcy, displacement of
tooth germ, and loss of lamina durrs are seen.
4. During the remission period, recovery of clinical and intrabony lesions can be found.
5. According to the radiologic examination, the most affected teeth are posterior teeth.
6. Leukemia is not only dangerous disease by itself but also highly dangerous
chemotherapeutic procedure so consultation with the physician before the treatment is
requred.
